the hotel got some amazing food every morning and evening, so many foods to pick. i loved the buffet theme dinner ideas, especially the local tasters. staff were amazing, especially outside near the pools. they kept us watered and safe, cool. kids club and water park made it the best accommodation we saw.
the room service only seemed to arrive around 5 or 6 pm. that is when we was in the room getting ready. it meant we did not get a clean room till late.

the breakfast had many options it was easy to find something i liked. the housekeeping team kept my room very clean and tidy. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions the private beach was also a plus.
i had to wait a long time to get drinks at the pool bar service there was slow. the pools were too deep for younger children making it difficult for families. getting a sun bed required waking up very early because they were taken quickly.

The staff were friendly. Beth at the pool bar especially stood out as very attentive. She is a real asset to the team and contributed to our overall experience. I found the team at the pool very helpful. They ensured a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this location.
The service can be slow when ordering a simple black coffee at breakfast. It sometimes took five minutes.

The main dining room, Minas, has great food. It caters to all types of diners with a variety of choices. I found the options to be very inclusive and high quality, even during peak service times.

my family stayed in a spacious suite. the room included an airport transfer which proved very convenient. we liked the variety available during breakfast at the restaurant. my youngest child really enjoyed the dedicated kids pool.
the toilet paper provided was of noticeably low quality. it detracted slightly from the overall luxury feel of the stay.

the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. raman provided really good and speedy service. others like oswal and fernandez also provided very good care to my family. they anticipated our needs well despite hot weather.

the staff in the beach area were very attentive. jhaymar made our pool day relaxing. the pool area provided sufficient shady spots .
the check-in took a while. the reception did not initially have the rooms ready. the skyline view room had a massive tree in front of the balcony.
